Birchlea Lodge is a slow-grown Norwegian pine log cabin, so is solidly built and finished to a high standard. Modern interior, stylishly furnished with a fully equipped kitchen and with full gas central heating.
Although it is close to the village, it is in a peaceful and sheltered location. Verandas ideal for all day sun and for watching sun setting over the Galloway Hills
Accommodation is all on one level, but there are 2 steps up to the decking.

- Master bedroom with king-sized bed and en-suite with walk-in shower. Wardrobe with drawers and dressing table. Travel cot available and the room is spacious enough to allow for an extra travel cot or toddler beds if you want to bring your own
- 2 twin-bedded rooms, one with wardrobe including drawers and chest of drawers; one with chest of drawers only
- Family bathroom with shower over bath
- Utility cupboard with washing machine & tumble dryer. Note this room is unheated so is fine for drying specialist cycling clothing and wetsuits
